Maintenance of Fabric Sofa

1. When placing fabric sofa, keep 0.5-1 centimeter gap between the wall and the adjacent part of the sofa, so as to avoid sofa dirty due to the contact with the wall. At the same time, direct sunlight should be avoided. Sofas are best kept away from the sun. Or use translucent gauze curtains to keep out the sun.

2. Vacuum regularly. It's best to do it once a week. Can be wiped with a towel. Most households should choose to use a vacuum cleaner to clean up. Be careful not to use a suction brush to prevent damage to the yarn on the textile fabric and make the fabric fluffy. It is also important to avoid cleaning with extra suction, which may cause the yarn to be torn off. So we might as well consider using a small vacuum cleaner to clean.

3. It's better to clean the kukahome's fabric sofa once a year with detergent, but the detergent must be thoroughly cleaned, otherwise, it's easier to stain dirt. If stained, you can use a clean fabric dipped in water to wipe, preferably from the outside of the stain. Velvet furniture should not be stained with water. Dry cleaning agent should be used. Fabric art sofas with sheaths can be cleaned generally. Elastic sheaths can be washed at home with a washing machine. Larger cotton or linen sheaths can be taken to the laundry for laundry. When ironing sheaths, it should be noted that some elastic sheaths are easy to dry and ironing-free. When ironing, the appearance of the fabric should be taken into account, and the inner side of the sheath is suitable for ironing. If the sheath is cotton, it should not be ironed.

4. The wear resistance of fabric sofa is not as good as leather sofa, so we should avoid sitting in the same seat all the time. If pilling, we can use small scissors to remove it. If the cushion can be reversed, it should be reversed once a week to make the wear uniformly distributed. We can also often take the mat outdoors and beat it to loosen the internal fibers and maintain the elasticity of the sofa. If it is found that the thread is loose, don't pull it off directly with your hands. You can use scissors to trim it neatly.
