Recipients who get such humor may not be happy and always encounter negative effect. Humor that contains strong sexual contents is highly offensive. Humor can bring in sexist jokes leading to more offensive working relations. Gender-based humor with sexual humor can lead to conflicts as well as divisions among groups. Humor practiced within mixed gender environments it becomes difficult to achieve positive organizational outcomes. Humor can bring interpersonal problems as well as conflicts.
