“Our teeth whitening strips are pre-loaded with 6% hydrogen peroxide whitening gel, so you simply peel the strips from their backing liner and then apply them to teeth for 1 hour. When you are done, you just throw them away! There are 14 sets of 2 in a pack so you can wear once a day for 2 weeks or if you are in a hurry you can shorten the course to 7 days and apply twice daily.
