1.Batching
Batching system: For many kinds material weighting and send to next machine. The machine adopts computer scales for automatic control, and uses pneumatic valves to control the main material warehouse for quantitative feeding. After the materials are mixed in the mixing silo, they are automatically sent out by the belt conveyor.
2.Crushing
Chain crusher: It is suitable for crushing various bulk chemical fertilizers and other medium hardness materials. It can also crush calcium phosphate fertilizer containing 6% free acid and 14% water without drying.
3.Mixing
Double shafts mixer: The double shafts mixer uses the synchronous rotation of two spiral shafts to mix the powder material with water at the same time, so that the material can be stirred evenly.
4.Granulation
Rotary drum granulator: Processing powder to granules. Material is added from the feeding end and passed through the inner part of the cylinder. Through the function of the special structure inside the cylinder, it is made into granules, and finally it is discharged through the outlet. With the continuous entry of materials and the continuous rotation of granulator, mass production can be realized.
5.Primary drying
Dryer machine: After granulating, the moisture of fertilizer is bit high, it’s not suitable for long-term storage so need drying process.
6.Dedusting
Cyclone dust collector: Cyclone dust collector is mainly used for pre dust removal and separation and recovery of high concentration dust, widely in fertilizer production, chemical dustry, mining, metallurgy, refractories, building matrials.

Screener machine: The screening machine is to screen the un-fermentation material and let the un-fermentation material fermentation again.
9.Cooling
Rotary cooler: The temperature of fertilizer is still high after drying. If it is packaged without cooling, it will cause moisture absorption and caking of fertilizer, which will affect the quality of product. So the cooling machine must be set up in the fertilizer drum granulator production line to force the cooling down.
10.Secondary screening
There are some non-uniform particles, after sieved screening machine, the small particle diameter may be screened down for twice processing. And bigger granules go to the crusher machine again.
11.Return Crushing
Crush bigger granules from screening machine.
12.Coating
Coating machine: Fertilizer particles are coated with a semi-permeable or insoluble film, which can release fertilizer nutrients slowly and effectively prevent the caking of organic fertilizers. Polypropylene or stainless steel plate is used inside the machine.
13.Packing
Packing machine: Filling the bags, and sealing. This machine has the advantage of overall good, small footprint, flexible, installation, high precision weighing controller, good reliability, compact structure, small body.
