The following are the major misunderstandings ofchildren's inner soles consumption:

1.Innsoles do not need to be cleaned regularly

Some people think that inner soles do not need to be cleaned regularly, or even wear a pair of inner soles until the end of the shoe life, which is the most common misunderstanding of using inner soles in families. Little wonder, long-term unclean inner soles also contain many bacteria, which is very harmful to foot health.

2.Enthusiasm for soft and comfortable inner soles

Thick and soft sponges, inner soles, are comfortable to wear, but they are not really suitable for children. For one thing, the cushion can weaken the feeling of feet touching the ground, and can not train children's ability to grasp the ground with the sole of their feet, that is, to master the ability of balance. Second, the nerves of the sole of the foot will not feel the stimulation they deserve and hinder the development of the nerves of the sole of the foot.

3.Drug Innsoles

In winter, if children exercise a lot, they are prone to foot odor. The drug inner soles are not suitable for children's inner soles. It is well known that "three drugs are toxic", many of the anti-odor drugs inner soles contain the function of astringent sweat glands to prevent foot sweating. This not only affects normal metabolism but also does great harm to the body.

4.Nanometer Antibacterial Innsoles Can Deodorize

Biosafety assessment of nanotechnology is a global issue. Because nanomaterials are very thin, they can enter the human body through skin contact, whether they react with cells in vivo, cause inflammation, pathological changes and so on, there are no complete research results. All these indicate that there are many uncertainties about the impact of nanomaterials on human health and the environment, so parents should be cautious in choosing nano shoes, children's inner soles, including daily necessities for their children.
