Organic-inorganic compound fertilizer

Organic-inorganic compound fertilizer is a kind of compound fertilizer which contains both organic matter and appropriate amount of chemical fertilizer. It is a kind of fertilizer which is made by mixing and granulating organic fertilizer and adding appropriate amount of fertilizer, humic acid, amino acid or beneficial microorganism. The inorganic nutrient part is mainly chemical fertilizer.

 

The fine powder material is mixed and granulated in the machine by using the mechanical stirring force of high speed rotation and the aerodynamic force generated therefrom, so as to achieve the purpose of granulation. The shape of the particles is spherical. The diameter of the particles is generally between 0.3-3 mm, and the granulation rate is not less than 90%. The size of particle diameter can be adjusted by mixing amount of material and spindle speed. Usually the smaller the mixing amount, the higher the speed, the smaller the particle, and vice versa.

Mixing(Double Axis Mixer)
The quality of products can be guaranteed by mixing raw materials well and evenly. Two helical blades rotate relative to each other in the Twin-axis mixer. The powder material is stirred by adding water to make the powder material reach controllable humidity.

After wet material is added to the dryer, the material is evenly dispersed in the dryer, fully contacting with hot air and speeding up the drying speed under the turning of the inner plate reader of the drum.
Dedusting(Cyclone Dust Collector)
Cyclone dust collector is mainly used for pre dust removal and separation and recovery of high concentration dust, widely in fertilizer production, chemical dustry, mining, metallurgy, refractories, building matrials.
