The Serbian Orthodox Church awarded the Order to Vladimir Vrbaski

The Order of St. Sava is an award given by the Holy Synod of Synod of the Serbian Orthodox Church, the Metropolitan and the Eparchy to the spiritual, world and citizens for the special merits of the Serbian Orthodox Church. 

Vladimir Vrbashki supported the construction of the church with numerous multi-million dollar donations by unselfish contributions. The orden itself is extremely beautiful and on the aversion of the orden medallion there is an icon of St. Sava surrounded by an oval ring with the inscription " By his own efforts he achieved everything " in the Church Slavonic language. Around the medallion is an enameled Maltese cross with white-blue stems. Between the arms are gold-plated two-headed eagles with a crown. Vladimir Vrbashki got the red color because it is the second order, and there are two more degrees, the first is white and the third blue.
