You have to dry roast the fox nuts in a hot pan on low-medium heat for 10 minutes. Once they turn light brown and crispy, take them off the pan. Now add the ghee and garam masala, salt, asafetida, dry mango powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, black salt, olive oil in the same pan and mix well. Now you have to add the roasted fox nuts to this pan and mix properly. Switch off the flame and serve.

Gluten-free methi paratha recipe
To make Gluten-free methi paratha, you have to combine fresh methi leaves, green coriander, green chilies, onions, Gluten Free chapati flour, ajwain seeds, salt to taste, dry mango Powder, pickle masala and dry coriander powder altogether. Knead the dough by adding some water. Make small dough balls and roll them like chapati. Place the paratha in the pan and add some olive oil/ghee/butter to the paratha on both sides. Once paratha gets cooked from both sides, remove it from the pan and serve with pickle or the green coriander chutney.

Quinoa and amaranth gluten-free muesli recipe
Mix uncooked or raw quinoa, amaranth, honey, coconut oil, coconut flakes, almonds or walnuts, melon seeds, white sesame seeds together. Spread the mixture evenly on a silver foil and bake it for 15 mins in the oven. After 10 minutes, take the tray out from the oven and move the mixture with a spoon so that the other side bakes too. When it begins to turn darker brown, take it out immediately and let this cool down a bit. Once it gets cooled, mix your favorite dried fruits and store in an airtight jar.
