Orlistat (Generic Xenical)

Orlistat is one of the most popular and best weight loss pills, which is available with or without a prescription. The drug works by not allowing the body from absorbing fat that we eat from our diet. It also breaks down some fat that we eat. So, when the gastrointestinal system absorbs less amount of fat, we experience weight loss.

Many studies have found that orlistat might rarely increase weight loss in some people by a small amount. The studies also found that those who took generic Xenical lost at least 3% more weight than those who had not taken the drug. Please note that orlistat may cause some changes in bowel habits. Most people experience greasy or oily stools with this medicine because the fat is not absorbed.

Caffeine

Caffeine is one of the stimulants found in tea, coffee, soft drinks, energy drinks, and chocolate. You may come across many diet pills and supplements containing caffeine. According to one study, high caffeine intake has been associated with a dramatic reduction in fat, weight circumference, and overall weight when compared with those who had low caffeine intake. Some of the most common side effects of caffeine are increased heart rate, trouble sleeping, and jitteriness.

Green Tea Extract

Green tea is another ingredient that you will find in many diet pills because it has the ability to increase the body's ability to burn fat, especially visceral fat. Although there is not enough evidence, some studies indicate that drinking green tea extract may promote weight loss. Green tea extract is often well tolerated; however, it may cause mild stomachache, constipation, or nausea.

The Bottom Line

It appears that there are no magical remedies when it comes to the best weight loss pills. Although some of the best weight pills and supplements, such as those mentioned above, may promote weight loss.
