Yummy Strawberry Cheese cake – Simple to Prepare Even for a Novice

Strawberry Cheese cake, dense and sweet, has a taste of coming back! Definitely, a trend, when we say cheesecake, everyone thinks of a delicious American dessert. It is a creamy filling on the crispy dough. Prepared with fruit, strawberry sauce, and chocolate, Strawberry Cheese cake is enough to seduce even the most difficult and demanding palates. By definition the cheesecake in the dense cake made from cheese (generally cream cheese), sugar, eggs, and flavorings that sit on the top of its crust. Cheesecakes can either be baked or unbaked, and there is a wide variety of versions from across the world.

Like the bagel, the Strawberry Cheese cake recipe followed the Jewish emigrants from Europe who came to America. For lack of Cottage cheese, the expatriates turned to the local specialty that is "cream cheese". Over the centuries, dough made from crumbled biscuits, quick to prepare, has gradually replaced the shortcrust pastry cheesecake. Thus, the delicious Strawberry cheesecake has become the dense and creamy cheesecake we know today. The addition of lemon juice in the current recipe and topping with strawberry sauce makes it yummy!!

Basic Ingredients Required

Currently, depending on the country and the customs, there are many variations of the Strawberry Cheese cake, though; the basic ingredients themselves can vary. You can make a delicious strawberry cheesecake with cream cheese and creamy Italian cheese such as ricotta and mascarpone and even yogurt. As for the crust, it can be prepared, besides original crackers, from digestive biscuits or gingerbread. Depending on the ingredients chosen, it can be eaten with or without cooking and even iced.

Some of the basic ingredients used in the strawberry cheesecake layer are the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, strawberry, and flavorings.  Heavy cream, sour cream, or Greek yogurt often can be added to create the lighter, smoother & less grainy texture. Also, you will sometimes see a bit of flour and cornstarch added in the cheesecake layer. It helps to bind your Strawberry Cheese cake.

It can be served raw or cooked; both types of Strawberry Cheese cake is possible, with two different way of cooking and two different textures. But the most typical that you will find in American coffee shops or restaurants will usually be cooked on a background of crumbled biscuits, butter or cookies, Mix the Ricotta or cream cheese with eggs, little flour, lemon zest, and steam cook and top it with a strawberry coulis.
