Citizens of Armenia, Azerbaijan, China, Georgia, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Ukraine, with official and diplomatic passports, in addition to ordinary passports “on business” clause, need not require a visa to Serbia. Other exceptions are citizens of Ecuador, Guinea, Pakistan, Peru and Turkey with official or diplomatic passports; Egypt with diplomatic passport only, and Mexico with ordinary passports only.

Furthermore, the Serbian Government has recently announced visa exemption for Indian nationals and Iranians who hold ordinary passports. Therefore, Indian nationals can visit Serbia without a visa.
