Technical principle

because of the circulating cooling water’s hardness, PH value , cycle of concentration, temperature ,humidity etc., Industrial circulating cooling system will lead to scale or corrode when it runs. Scale or corrosion will affect the whole system’s safe and efficiency. To solve it, it need this   Dosing system  to input corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor to circulating water.

The corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor include  polyphosphate, zinc salt,  polycarboxylate, etc..

2.Process instruction

Dosing system mainly includes drug dissolving system, meter to input system, safe system, control system.

Solid drug is put in dissolving vessel, then add industrial water to stir to dissolve. Meter to input system will input it to use place. Input controlling way has manual and  automatic input according to sign of system.
