How to Reset Forgotten AOL Password

If you can’t log in to your AOL account because you forgot your password, you can reset it again.

1. Enter the username first.
2. Go to the sign- in page for AOL.
3. Enter the username.
4. Click Subsequently.
5. I forgot my password by clicking.

If you follow the steps listed below verification method will let you reset your password This can be with different options:

Reset with phone number :-

1. If requested, enter the missing numbers in your phone number and click Submit.The digits you enter should match your account’s recovery phone number. If you don’t see it, take step 2.
2. Click yes, send me a verification code to send a SMS text to this telephone number or click Call me with a verification code to receive a telephone call with your verification code.
3. In the field provided, enter the verification code.
4. Submit click.
5. You’ll see a message of success. Click Create your new.
6. Enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm new password fields.
7. Click on continue.
8. Then click ok, got it.

Reset with email address :-

1. Your account’s recovery information will determine which option you first see.
2. Sign in to your email account for recovery. If you use webmail, make sure that you log in to your recovery email account using a new tab or window so that you do not leave the verification screen.
3. Open AOL’s message with the subject line, “Recover your AOL account.” This email has your verification code.
4. Return to the browser window or tab where you reset your AOL account password and enter the email verification code in the field.
