COMMON BITE METHOD OF LOCKFORMER MACHINE

Lockformer machine, also known as roll bone machine, bite sewing machine, edge biting machine, windpipe bite machine，and windpipe roll bone machine. It is a kind of multifunctional machine, mainly used for the bite processing of plate connection and round air pipe closed connection. It is an important part of the windpipe processing equipment. Lockformer machine can meet a variety of different shapes of bone in the windpipe to manufacture. The thickness of the processed sheet is 0.5-1.5mm. All gears, shafts，and rollers of the machine are made of high-quality steel and subjected to strict heat treatment. There are several common bite methods of the bite machine:

1)Single flat bite joint: it is used for the joints of the plate of the bite machine and the longitudinal joint of the air duct;

2)Single vertical bite: it is used for circular elbow, back and forth bending and transverse joint of air duct;

3)Single corner bite: it is used for longitudinal joints of rectangular air ducts or components and corners of rectangular elbows and tees;

4)Combined angular bite: the use is as same as the third method;

5) Double flat bite and double vertical bite: it is equal to the first and second methods. The way is rarely used in the site because of its complexity and trivialness.
