Ihram is the first rite of Umrah which is necessary for pilgrims to perform Umrah. The first point to wear the Ihram is Adni Al-Hal which actual meanings are the first point of Al-Haram as well. It is a specific Miqat for those pilgrims who have arrangements to perform Umrah Al-Mufradah. Adni Al-Hal is the best place to wear Ihram as compared to Hudaibiya, Ji’rranah or Tan’eem which are most popular for Meccan and for those who want to perform Umrah Al-Mufradah.

Those who nonstop go to Makkah from Jeddah to perform Umrah Al-Mufradah, so they should wear Ihram from Hudaibiya which is about 17 kilometers from Makkah. Those who come from Iran or other countries and work in Makkah can wear Ihram for Umrah Al-Mufradah likewise others who come from Hudaibiya or its parallel place from a new direction. And if you go to Umrah through December umrah packages 2020 deals and wear Ihram in another place, so your Ihram will not valid. But in the case of ignorance and not recognizing, so the acts are considered correct, yet you must have complete information of Ihram.

If pilgrims intentionally wear Ihram in another place, so this is apparently considered the violation of Ihram. So, in such case, pilgrims must pay the Kaffarah (Penalty) in the form of slaughtering animals, feeding poor or fasting.

If pilgrims purposely violate one of the obligatory acts of Hajj such as not wearing ihram from the proper Miqat, so they must pay Kaffarah in the form of slaughtering a sheep or goat or their equivalent such as sharing in a camel or cow by offering 1/7 of the animal. If pilgrims could not afford, so they can pay Kaffarah by keeping fast for ten days in which three days during the hajj and seven upon return to country or home. So God has described that if pilgrims want to continue the 'Umrah on to hajj, they should make submission such as they can pay for. But if they cannot pay for, so they should keep fast three days during the hajj and seven days on his return, making ten days in all. This is for those whose family is not in (the areas of) the Sacred Mosque.

Killing animals during the Ihram is strictly prohibited for pilgrims. Not only the killing but also assisting another either by pointing to its direction, handing it over or the like. If there is a home equal (camels, cattle, and sheep and goats) to the killed animal, then the expiation consists of slaughtering its domestic equivalent and distributing the meat among the poor of al-Haram.

So pilgrims must have knowledge that they have to pay Kaffarah while killing the animals. God also has described killing “O you who believe! Kill not animals while in the Sacred Areas in the state of Ihram. If any of you commit intentionally, so must pay Kaffarah which he brought to the holy Kaabah, of a domestic animal alike to the one he killed.
