As anyone who has liked and practiced yoga since 1998, I've an enormous beef* with today's conventional yoga'industry '. (*with apologies to the vegetarians and vegetarians out there)
My meat is that: nowadays, quite a few yoga studios pander to what's in vogue and modern, leaping on the camp du jour to offer their customers what they think they want.
However, that is apparently at the expense of giving their customers anything'various ', while training, educating and striking the ever-growing population of yogis and yoginis that there's a complete earth of yoga out there beyond Hot Yoga, Ashtanga or Power Yoga.
I am on a mission. And my vision ครูสอนโยคะตัวต่อตัว is to assist you identify if actually you're in a yoga rut; to assist you bust out of this rut; and shake things up by presenting you to a bright bright earth of yoga, beyond what you're probably presently doing.
Our experience/history with yoga started with my first Hatha class in 1998, in a non-descript little studio in a suburban strip mall. Back then, yoga was however quite edge and not that'modern '. The owner and teacher, a middle-aged Englishman who had clearly used a large section of his young decades going out with yogis and gurus in India, gave me what I understand now to be my strong foundation and profound love for yoga that remains to function me today.
And within the last 15 decades, I've tried several other kinds of exercise - Ashtanga, Kripalu, Iyengar, Restorative, Bikram, Jivamukti, Anusara, Kundalini, Moksha, Power, and Yin - sensation an all-natural affinity for some... and a whole aversion to the others (just since it's yoga, does not show that it's all great!)
I share that reality never to impress or dazzle you, but since I feel that many yoginis (and yogis) nowadays are performing themselves an enormous disservice.

Unfortunately, it all comes down seriously to demand and supply. Fewer persons nowadays are clamoring for Kripalu, Hatha, Kundalini or Restorative lessons than they're for Hot Yoga or Ashtanga/Vinyasa/Power yoga classes.
