Introduction of Scaffold Ratchet Podger Spanner 21mm

Posted by Sophie Li on July 4th, 2019

The ratchet wrench is a manual screw tightening tool. The single-head, double-head multi-standard movable handle ratchet wrench (fixed hole) is connected by the main plum blossom sleeve of different specifications and the female and male keys of the plum blossom sleeve through the hinged key. One example is a scaffold ratchet podger spanner 21mm. Since one plum sleeve has two sizes of plum-shaped through holes, it can be used for the tightening of two types of screws, thereby expanding the scope of use and saving raw materials and working hours. The movable trigger can easily adjust the angle of use of the wrench. The wrench is used for the tightening operation of the screw, and has the characteristics of strong applicability, convenient use and low cost.

The ratchet wrench belongs to the technical field of wrench tools. The scaffold ratchet podger spanner 21mm includes a wrench body. The accommodating space of the head portion of the wrench body is provided with a circlip, a pawl, a spring and a ratchet. Wherein, the ratchet is composed of a ratchet body and a spacer. The spacer is a ring having a concave ring groove at the periphery, and the spacer is sleeved on one side of the ratchet body. The scaffold ratchet podger spanner 21mm is formed by disassembling the ratchet member of the original integral structure into a combination of the ratchet body and the spacer sleeve, thereby avoiding the processing difficulty caused by the high side and the low side of the concave ring groove on the original ratchet member. Moreover, since the ratchet body and the spacer member are relatively easy to process, the ratchet wrench processing efficiency is greatly improved, and the production cost is also reduced.
