Material selection

(1) Colored steel plate: 50 mm thick hand-made rock wool (paper honeycomb, aluminium honeycomb, single/double-sided glass-magnesium) sandwich color steel plate is often selected;

(2) Aluminum profiles: Purifying special aluminum profiles, surface matte or electrophoretic treatment;

(3) Doors and windows: Special purified color steel door, commonly used hand-made paper honeycomb sandwich panel; special purified aluminum alloy window (single or double layer);

(4) Equipment: Air shower room (single, double, cargo shower room), transfer window (with sterilization, self-purification, mechanical or electronic interlocking device);

(5) Sealant: Conventional neutral sealant; If you need FDA certification, you need to choose Dow Corning 798 neutral sealant certified by FDA;

(6) Floor: 3 mm solvent-free epoxy self-leveling floor or 3 mm thick PVC floor;

Cleanroom glass panel wall panels and ceiling panels are all made of 50 thick hand-made (including sandwich layer) rock wool sandwich color steel composite panels. Two longitudinal reinforcement bars are added to the roof. The reinforcement bars are U-shaped bars made of galvanized sheet with thickness not less than 1.2MM. Aluminum alloy profiles are used to connect the plates. The edges and seals of each plate are galvanized sheets with thickness not less than 0.7MM. Colored steel plate has flat appearance, no concave and convex, deformation, uniform color, no oil stain, no burr, neat core plate section, no peeling; There is no obvious gap between the joints of the blocks. The bond between the panel and the core material is firm and the core material is dense. The deviation between width and thickness is not more than 1%. The wall material meets the requirements of fire code, fire protection time and evacuation requirements.

The shade angle between wall and ceiling, wall and ground, wall and wall is connected by R-bar of aluminum alloy arc. The anode angle is connected by aluminium alloy outer cylinder, and the seam is sealed with silica gel to ensure no leakage.
