When you first time open your deviec for hulu, you will get an activation code which you need to activate by your laptop and desktop computer, so once you will get that you only need to go to URL: www.hulu.com/setup.

Once you open this URL it will ask for you login details for hulu ( your email and password ), once you login with your account you will get an option for link new device so please go with that option. after that you will get an option for select the device and location of that, so you need to choose the name or your device and location for your hulu device.
