8 Easy Salad Dressing Recipes to Try

Getting bored with your usual salad dressing? Give your salad a new taste by trying these 8 easy salad dressing recipes!

1. Shallot-White Wine

Ingredients:

2 tbsp white wine vinegar
½ tsp Kosher salt
2 tsp Dijon mustard
⅓ cup olive oil
Pepper, to taste

Directions:

Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl except the olive oil. Afterwards, whisk in the olive oil gradually.

2. Spicy Honey-Mustard

Ingredients:

2 tsp honey
2 tsp Dijon mustard
½ lime zest
½ tsp Kosher salt
2 tbsp lime juice
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup vegetable oil
½ jalapeno, minced
2 tsp thyme, chopped

Directions:

Whisk the honey, Dijon mustard, lime zest, and kosher salt in  a bowl. Add the olive oil, vegetable oil, minced jalapeno, and chopped thyme and whisk gradually.

3. Mango Lime

Ingredients:

1 mango, peeled and chopped
1 lime, zest and juice will be used
¼ cup rice vinegar
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Sugar, to taste
Kosher salt, to taste

Directions:

Purée all the ingredients except the rice vinegar and vegetable oil in a blender. Add these two afterwards and blend gently.

4. Lemon Balsamic

Ingredients:

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
½ cup olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp Kosher salt
2 tsp Dijon mustard
Pepper, to taste

Directions:

Add all the ingredients in the bowl except the olive oil. Whisk altogether. Once mixed, gradually whisk the olive oil in.

5. Kombucha Tea Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

¼ cup olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Kosher salt
2 tbsp fresh herbs like mint, tarragon, and chives
Cracked pepper, to taste
¼ cup and 3 tbsp Original flavor Health-Ade Kombucha

Directions:

Put all the ingredients in a mason jar. Secure the lid tightly and shake lightly until the dressing fully emulsifies. You can also put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until totally incorporated.

6. Basil-Walnut

Ingredients:

¾ cup olive oil
3 tbsp toasted walnuts
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup fresh basil
1 garlic clove
1 tsp Kosher salt

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients in a blender. Enjoy!

7. Chocolate-Balsamic

Ingredients:

¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup vegetable oil
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 ½ tsp sugar
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Directions:

Blend the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, vegetable oil, cocoa powder, and sugar in a blender. Add salt and pepper to taste.

8. Creamy Blue Cheese

Ingredients:

¼ cup buttermilk
¼ cup sour cream
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
½ lemon, squeezed
Salt, to taste
Hot sauce, to taste

Directions:

Whisk the buttermilk and sour cream until totally integrated. Add crumbled blue cheese and lemon juice then mix. Add salt and hot sauce to taste.
