Steps for Online Indian Visa Application

Submit Online Application 

The applicant must fill in all the required details to submit his/her application. Required fields are name, DOB, expected arrival date, email id, nationality, passport type, passport number, date of issue and expiration and port of arrival.

Upload Documents

Upload the documents which include digital photographs and scanned copy of the passport of the applicant. For e-Business Visa, upload a scanned copy of your business card. For e-Medical Visa, upload a scanned copy of the Letter from the Hospital.

Proceed to Payment

The applicant must pay a visa fee through (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal). All transactions are processed securely.

Track Visa application

After successful payment, the applicant’s application form will be processed for review. The applicant can track the status of the whole visa application process.

Obtain Visa on email

After a successful review of the application form, the Government of India will grant applicant e-Visa which can be received on his/her registered email id.

NOTE:-

Applicant's passport should have 6 months validity from the date of arrival in India & two blank pages for stamping by the Immigration Officer. 

  • Multiple entry are available on e-Tourist visa and e-Business visa. 
  • Triple entry are applicable for e-Medical visa and e-Medical Attendant visa. 
  • Single entry is available for e-Conference visa. 
  • Applicants are advised to take the hardcopy of the e-Visa approval letter and carry it during the travel.
