HDT GLOBAL TO PROVIDE ROBOTIC ARMS FOR U.S ARMY’S COMMON ROBOTIC SYSTEM-INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM

HDT Global (HDT), a leading provider of highly engineered solutions for extreme environments across military, public and private sectors, announced today that it will provide the robotic arm and manipulator to QinetiQ North America (QNA) to support the U.S. Army’s Common Robotic System-Individual (CRS(I)) program.

The CRS(I) robot, back-packable for dismounted forces to enhance mission capabilities, features advanced sensors and mission modules, including the HDT Adroit® arm and manipulator, purposely designed and built for this program. The ultra-lightweight HDT arm provides unparalleled degrees of freedom and strength, while the manipulator, or gripper, provides force feedback.
