  • Privately owned retail store usually called a mom and pops

  • Mobile from home

Benefits of working for someone else?

  • No liability
  • No money invested to get the job
  • Consistent pay, you work, you get paid
  • You are OFF when you are OFF
  • Build experience
  • Set vacation time each year (usually)
  • Have a nice office space to go to, in some situations
  • Some times you are working with a group of people you enjoy

Negatives to working for someone else?

  • Need to take a day off? Could mean you lose your job
  • Hate waking up early, most jobs need day time staff who start early
  • Growth depends on the size of the company usually
  • Pay is capped, you’ll never become a millionaire making money for someone else
  • You may work for or with people you do not like but have to keep the job because you need a steady paycheck

The benefit of owning your own cell phone repair company?

  • Take off when you need for important items like doctors and family events
  • Earning potential is only how much you’re are willing to put in, more effort = more money
  • Work where you want
  • Set your own hours
  • Let your creativity flow and make your business what you want it to be

Negative to owning your own cell phone repair business?

  • You have all the liability
  • You are NEVER EVER off…let’s make that clear lol
  • You don’t work, you don’t get paid (until you grow staff of course)
  • Pay can be sporadic, one day make 00 and next --content--
  • Need to dedicate the first 5 years of the company’s life to making it work and not giving up
  • Requires persistence and drive, if you don’t have it, then don’t start a company
  • You need to be willing to invest some money into your ideas not knowing if you will see that money again
