Strength and flexibility of alloy steel castings

Alloy steel castings pressure casting is called die casting for short. It is a molding method to obtain castings by pouring liquid or semi-liquid metal or alloy into the pressure equalizing chamber of die casting book U, filling the cavity under high pressure and high speed, and forming and crystallizing under high pressure. Die casting is one of the special casting methods in the major items of casting technology.

Casting is a method of casting liquid metal into a casting cavity suitable for the shape of a part and obtaining the part or blank after the liquid metal is cooled and solidified. Most of the cast materials are metals that were originally solid but heated to liquid. Technically, it can be divided into sand mold casting, metal mold gravity casting, special casting and so on. 2. It can bend without breaking, and will not melt when heated to a very high temperature. It is not easy to react with oxygen in the external environment.

3. The finished parts can be used underwater, at high altitude, in rainy days, in the sea, in kitchens and toilets. Of course, large machines can be used in factories as well as mines.

4. Chromium and nickel are added into this material, as well as manganese and other different elements. The addition of these elements makes them resistant to friction. For example, to make large engineering machine parts, the machine must operate every day, and there must be friction and wear between the various parts.
