Before registering your company name, you should first understand the composition of the company's name. The company name consists of four parts: administrative division, company name, industry category, the organization of the company.
Administration division refers to your place of registration, which generally begins in the municipal level. Industry category refers to the industry that you are engaged in, which can be divided into clothing, leather goods, trade, technology, e-commerce, industry, etc. The commonly used organization of company are limited liability company and limited company by shares.
And to apply a company in China, there are some remainders. First of all, the company name must abide with the law. The name of the company registered in mainland China must be composed of simplified Chinese. The administrative division and the name of the party and government cannot be included in the company name. The company name shall not be opposed to the public interest, nor should it cause any misunderstanding to the public. Within the same administrative division, the used company name in the same industry cannot be used again.
My suggestion is that you are supposed to apply a company name that can directly shows the characteristic of your products in the industry. And it better leaves others with a positive image and more importantly easy to remember.
