We at MTA believe in giving back to the community and fostering goodwill. Hence we undertake a three tier approach towards corporate social responsibility by focusing on economic, ecological and social sustainability to provide a better tomorrow.architects and interior in chennaiWe seek to promote architecture as a social cause by using design to support and empower . In furthering this ideal of ours, we have done several works pro bono. Works done pro bono include a cemetery in Coimbatore, a cemetery at Tirupur, a school block for Vanshi Manthan Vidyashram, etcetera. Also, employees are encouraged to volunteer and actively participate in recognized aid organizations.

Our design edict is to let the land character set the tone for the design. Each design is unique and is meticulously planned to include a perfect blend of site utilization, architectural significance, efficient space planning and attention to detail. These elements are creatively integrated with the client’s needs, his personality and his lifestyle.

The concept based on giving huge span thereby making the space vast.the overall form is enclosed within rib like structure which forms the focal point of the entire site in the master 

• The library block as per the client requirement, conceived as a prefabricated structure, the entities of the building can be dismantled and reassembled elsewhere without compromising the spatial needs. This project was designed based on experimenting with engineering.
• • The row house design is modern elitist in nature. It plays with rectangles of different sizes and levels. The façade is simple in nature and is kept from being too mundane with the addition of wooden elements and cladding.
  • Parco hospital and medical research institute is part of an 450 crore investment consisting of 650 beds and situated at vadakara, at close proximity to the national highway. One of the concept was to pursure a modern 
  • • The interiors are themed to cater 'peace of mind', right from the moment you walk in. A 'gleaming' and 'pristine' white reception with wooden accents and nominal use of colours awaits you as you walk in. A pathway veers from the reception leading to the treatment areas. Graphics have been used to highlight the benefits of dental care and help alleviate the fear usually associated with such procedures.
