Mattresses for Comfort & Health

A Large flat pad with a strong cover, filled with straw, foam rubber, etc and often incorporating coiled springs, used as a bed or as part of a bed is called Mattresses bed, bedding, cushions, futon, and pallet and more.

Common Materials in all Mattresses:

Foam: A soft, movement absorbing material that helps with temperature regulation and pressure point relief. Some common type of foam includes memory foam, gel foam, polythene foam, and viscoelastic foam also known as rebonded foam.

Polyester Batting: Used as a filling in pillow-top mattresses and mattress covers.

Wool: Can be found in some mattresses for extra padding and temperature regulation.

Cotton: A breathable material used both inside and outside of mattresses.

Adhesives: Used in mattresses to bond layers, materials and seams together for the perfect fit. Quilting is often used in combination with adhesives to further strengthen the bond between laters.

Flame Retardants: Found in all mattresses sold in the united states due to flammability laws for fire resistance.

Steel Coils: Either formed as open coils or individually wrapped coils also called pocketed coils, these are the key structural component that establishes firm support at the base of the mattresses.

Benefits of  using Mattresses:

1.Proper Alignment of spine:

Proper posture matters, even during sleep. If your backbone is out of place for eight hours, it can be hard to function normally the next day. A mattress helps to keep your back aligned so you can get through the day without too much stress or strain.

2.Deeper rest:
The human body can’t fully rest on a soft or sagging mattress, because it’s always trying to compensate for the unorthodox positions. And it’s not just the spine that requires excellent posture. Even your limbs, neck and other body parts need a comfy, cozy retreat for a great night’s sleep.

3.Proper weight distribution:
Not enough support means that your body will eventually sag in one direction, which is a leading cause of misalignment in joints and muscles.

4.Superior comfort:
You can never have too much support, but you can always have too little support. This is especially true for older people and those with back, neck or joint problems.

5.Ongoing health benefits:
During sleep, your body does a hundred different things to repair and rejuvenate. Cells are restored. Human growth hormone gets activated. Insulin levels are reduced. Without a firm mattress to give deep rest, you’re missing out on these important health benefits every night.

Mattresses are an important part of our everyday life. They provide support and helps to stay healthy and sleep comfortably.
