Meditation will make you more productive. It may seem strange that sitting for a while and doing nothing will make you more productive, but it is true. Before you dive into what to do, it is worth considering why you should meditate in the first place.

  • Keep a daily time for your meditation.
  •  Realize a clean, quiet place where you may not be disturbed. Check that all phones, television, etc. are turned off.

  • Wear comfortable garments and place yourself in a comfy position.

  • Warm-up and stretch a little bit by doing a little Yoga Postures or Pranayama.

  • Sit in a comfortable position, relax and rest your hands in your lap. Your back, neck, and head should stay straight. you'll feel best cross-legged on the floor, during a straight back chair or lying down on an easy surface. no matter however you sit, it is important in order to maintain the natural curve of your back.

  • Breathe slowly and deeply and concentrate on resting your body. close your eyes softly. Begin by taking some slow and deep breaths - inhale and exhale from your nose along with your mouth closed. do not force your breathing.   • Observe the higher than 10-15 minutes per day. the primary thing in the morning is the best time for meditating as your mind is peaceful and relaxed.

  • After you are able to finish the session, open your eyes and get up slowly. Stretch yourself and extend your raised awareness of your next activities. you have done Meditation!
