Few Words About WinePosted by Sir Kackavalj on August 14th, 2019 Wine is the beverage that life means. Wine growers are happy people. Wine has many faces. There is no general culture without wine culture. Knowledge of wine encourages wine conversations, broadens vocabulary and gives confidence. Knowledge becomes an advocate of good wine. That is why it is important to interpret the wine tasting technique so that good wine can be recognized and loved. As much as we understand wine, we appreciate it so much. If we understand wine, we will never say, "All wines are equal." Drinking wine is not an instinctive thirst quencher, but pure enjoyment. The aromas and flavors of nature should be discovered in the wine. It should be drunk carefully and in moderation, with respect and love. Attitude to wine says a lot about self-esteem and understanding oneself. Show me what and how you drink, and I'll tell you who you are! Winegrowers would say, "Wine is man's best friend." Quality, good wines are the result of the skill, patience and hard work of growers and winemakers. Progress has been marvelous lately. There are more and more wine growers who are able to recognize the excellence of wine. Knowledge of wine has largely become part of the general culture. Good wine encourages moderation. Every bottle of bad wine compromises the reputation of good wine in general. Life is too short to drink bad wine! Therefore, cheers! It is said that the flavors are not worth discussing. The wine tastes are really diverse. Many people have an exclusive taste. What they like, they love. What they don't like, I can't even think of. It is really difficult for them to buy wine based on what it says on the bottle label. It is impossible to deduce from the label what the wine was like in the bottle, what the year was, how much sun there was, how the winemaker made the wine. Better wineries in big cities will find more than a thousand wines from about twenty countries. Therefore, wine drinkers need to have some wine knowledge, to sharpen their senses, to focus on the wine they are just drinking, and to hope that their taste will become subtle over the years of drinking wine. Getting to know wine is much harder than getting to know any other food item or gift from nature. In addition, the body's response must be heard. Excessive or inappropriate use of chemistry in the production of grapes and then wine is difficult to perceive by the senses. The negative effects are felt the next day. Industrial wine production is steadily increasing in countries where only table grapes were produced a decade ago. The variety of wines is increasing rapidly. More and more consumers are willing to accept the risk of buying unfamiliar wines, especially if their price is low. Quality wines are no longer reserved only for the social and financial elite. Wine has become a mass industrial product. In fields where mass mechanization is not possible, it is difficult to produce competitively-produced wine. Fortunately, the quantities produced are small, so such wines are drunk where they are produced. It is a fortunate fact that the demand for organic, healthy wines is increasing, as it is easier to maintain ecological standards in small vineyards. Credits: WineOnMyTime Like it?
