How Do You Lose 10 Pounds In A Week

Temptations that have become a daily habit can be hard to let go of, especially if they tasted amazing and filled an emotional hole for you. And it's only due to this temptations, losing 10 pounds in a week is a difficult goal to reach.

But if you surely want to lose weight, then you will definitely be able to do it with the right diet and exercise strategies.  

Quick weight loss can be unhealthy, and it is unlikely to be a permanent loss. Undoubtedly being fat is dangerous for your health.

Change your eating habits

Don’t take calorie drinks or Alcohol as it increases the sugar level in your body resulting in weight gain. Instead, increase water intake as much as possible as it cleanses toxin from the body which is responsible for weight gain and high cholesterol level. A hydrated body has more energy.

5. Take 4-5 small meal in a day 

If you're eating more often, your meals need to be smaller portion sizes. Don’t eat much at a time. Try to eat small meals as it’s easier to digest, slaves off hunger & control blood sugar.  

Take healthy snacks. Munch on fruits, nuts or low-fat yoghurt. 

Increase physical activities & exercise

The more you do physical activity, the more you lose weight. Exercise is one of the best ways to shed fat.

Cardio helps you in managing your weight & improves your metabolism. It burns calories quickly & helps you lose body fat.

2. Add Yoga  or Jogging in daily routine
