This program generally deals with the field of health communication. It deals with working with individuals, societies, and communities and to learn and teach strategies to promote positive and healthy behavior that is appropriate for the surroundings. In India, the importance of communication in educating people with new information and skills and enabling them to participate in various development programs has seen a positive effect.

The mass media facilities in the country, especially in rural areas, are rather very limited.
