Description:

melacare cream is used to reduce the colour of skin and remove any dark spots like age spots, freckles, and other skin discolouration associated with skin trauma, pregnancy, birth control pills, eczema or hormone replacement therapy. Melacare Cream acts as a skin-bleaching agent and slog by inhibiting an enzyme reaction in the applied skin cells.

How is Melacare Cream used?

This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your MD. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected extent and apply the cream.Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected region.

How Melacare Cream works?

The three ingredients of the melacare work together to treat skin disorders in the following manner:

Hydroquinone is a skin lightening medicine that reduces the amount of melanin that causes dark spots in the skin.

Mometasone is a steroid that blocks the production of prostaglandins that reduces inflammation and itching in the skin.

Side Effects:

Missed dose : 

Take a missed shot as soon as you think about it. If it is close to the time for your next shot , skip the missed dose and go back to your normal time. Do not take 2 doses at the same time or more doses.

Overdose : 

An overdose of this medicine is not likely to cause severe symptoms. However, ingestion of this medicine may cause harm and immediate health check intervention may be required.

Warnings:

• melacare cream 15 gm may be Insecure to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse result on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant female may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
• Melacare Cream is unsafe to use during lactation. Data suggests that the medicine may cause toxicity to the baby, or the mother is suffering from a condition in which breastfeeding is not advisable.
• do not wash the treated exten after immediately applying Melacare Cream. Also avoid the use of other products on the treated area unless directed by your MD.
