PP FILTER CARTRIDGE

The Polypropylene pleated filter cartridge or PP Filter Cartridge is constructed with a high surface area melt-blown polypropylene media for low initial pressure drop, high dirt holding capacity, and high-efficiency performance. It is an efficient membrane prefilter and can act as a final polishing filters for numerous fluid refining processes. Our  Polypropylene pleated filter cartridge are of absolute retention efficiency 99.98% (Beta 5000) and can be autoclaved/sanitized to meet stringent process requirements.

PP Pleated Filter Cartridge are constructed with heavy duty molded cage which enables it to withstand high differential pressure i.e. 75 psid @ 70 degree Fahrenheit. Our product possesses international certification for compliance in Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage applications i.e. USFDA CFR Title 21, European Directive for Direct Food Contact etc.
