The Supreme Court, which is hearing daily in the Ayodhya case, is trying to get a verdict in this sensitive case before Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi retires in November.

The Ayodhya Case, one of the most sensitive and popular cases in the country, is being heard daily in the Supreme Court. The Hindu side’s arguments in the Supreme Court have been completed on Friday. The way the case has been heard so far, it has increased the expectation of its decision by November.

Supreme Court in Ayodhya case is hearing every day from 06 August 2019. The Supreme Court is usually scheduled for three days for daily trial cases, but in the Ayodhya case, the Supreme Court is hearing five days, from Monday to Friday. The Supreme Court is trying to get a verdict in this case by November.

Ayodhya is hearing the case in the constitutional bench of five judges of the Supreme Court, including Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi. The Chief Justice retires in November. If the Bench does not pass judgment before his retirement, then the hearing of the entire case will have to be resumed if the new judge joins the hearing. This is the reason why the Supreme Court is finishing the three-day system of hearing in this case for five days.

Hearing is going on in the Supreme Court for the ownership of 2.77 acres of Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid in Ayodhya. The controversial structure was demolished in Ayodhya on 6 December 1992. After this, riots broke out across the country. A large number of people died in these riots. The fight for the ownership of the disputed structure had started even before the disputed structure was demolished. The first case in this case was registered in 1951. Since then, there has been a dispute among different parties regarding the ownership of the land. Ayodhya case has now reached the Supreme Court through District Court and High Court. The Hindu side has completed its arguments on Friday during the regular hearing in the Supreme Court of the 70-year-old dispute. Now the Muslim parties will present their arguments in the Supreme Court from Monday.
