PCB maintenance method

(1) Clean dust and dust on the PCB board every quarter. Use professional circuit board cleaning liquid to clean the dust on the circuit board, then blow it off with a hair dryer.

(2) Regularly check whether the electronic components in the PCB board circuit have passed the trace of high temperature. Does the electrolytic capacitor have the appearance of leaking liquid, if any, it should be replaced to avoid leakage or high temperature and serious damage to the internal components. 

(3) Regularly check the capacity of the electrolytic capacitor in the PCB board. If it is found that the capacity of the electrolytic capacitor is lower than the standard range of the nominal capacity, it should be replaced in time. Usually, the life of the electrolytic capacitor should be operated for about ten years. Replace all in order to ensure the operation of the board.

(4) For high-power equipment coated with heat-dissipating silicone grease, check whether the heat-dissipating silicone grease is dry and solid. If it is dry, remove the dry heat-dissipating grease and apply new heat-dissipating grease. To avoid high-power equipment in the PCB board circuit board burned out due to poor heat dissipation.
