Wrinkles Under Eyes: How To Avoid Them Naturally?

The eyes reflect our age and our health in general, but since this area is fragile, it should be taken care of in a particular way. Whether you smile or not, you can have wrinkles around your eyes.
Fortunately, it is not inevitable. There are care and tips for prevention, but also radical solutions with guaranteed effects!
Collagen and elastin are protein fibers found in skin cells and give it strength and elasticity. Unfortunately, their production tends to shrink over time; this is why the skin becomes thinner and loses its recovery capacity.
The majority of these changes are also caused by the sun (so in Belgium we are rather lucky). This is why the area under the eyes is also the most vulnerable to this type of damage, because the latter is extremely thin and is paradoxically the most exposed to the sun throughout the day.
Prevention, the right attitude
From the age of 25, apply an eye cream daily with a piece of cotton, without pulling on the skin. Apply it gently, starting from the outer corners of the eyes to the inner corners. Do not forget to clean around the eyes in the morning with special eye drops.
Even if you are lazy (hehe), makeup removal is mandatory. Apply the cleansing milk and remove the mascara first and when you have removed the makeup completely apply eye cream again. The area in question is particularly delicate and sensitive.
Among the simple and inexpensive methods, many oils are elixirs to treat the eye contour.
Oils: jojoba oil, borage oil, rosehip oil, and argan oil can be applied daily around the eye by tapping lightly with your fingertips to activate microcirculation.
Vegetables: cucumbers may be a good option as well, as it contains up to 96% water and is full of vitamins C and E. Avocado has always been a very healthy food, thanks to its high vitamin content B and E. It stimulates the formation of collagen, which then helps the skin to fight against aging. You can make a mask with avocado to help moisturize your skin around your eyes and give it the fatty acids it needs (we had just made a small article of recipe mask to the lawyer). Over time, you will see that vitamins will give you beautiful skin.
The egg white: it is well known for its action on the relaxation of the skin, helping us to restore tension and avoid having flaccid and wrinkled skin.
