Here are the three spiritual qualities every great leader should have

There is a reason why so many of us look up to inspirational leaders. We need them to see the right path, to work better, to feel good, to learn the correct way to lead our lives and to feel joyous in whatever we do. However, there are certain qualities that we look for when it comes to Spiritual Leadership. It is these qualities which sets them apart from the rest and make us want to follow these leaders even more. Here are a few spiritual attributes that every great leader should possess.

A decent pioneer looks for God's heading.

Is there much else significant in a pioneer than the individual looking for God's course? Axioms 16:1 says "The plans of the heart have a place with man, yet the appropriate response of the tongue is from the Lord." Verse 3 includes, "Submit your work to the Lord, and your arrangements will be built up." And stanza 9, "The core of man designs his direction, yet the Lord builds up his means." A great chief looks for the Lord submits his way to the Lord, and the Lord sets up the subsequent stages. 

A decent pioneer is unobtrusive, not proud.

We've all experienced the smarty pants leaders, the "submit-or the consequences will be severe" sort of pioneer. Be that as it may, Proverbs 16:5 says, "Everybody who is pompous in the heart is an anathema to the Lord; be guaranteed, he won't go unpunished." I don't think about you, yet I certainly would prefer not to be alluded to as a damned thing to the Lord. That is some quite scary stuff. 

A decent pioneer is a peacemaker

Maxims 16:7 says "When a man's ways please the Lord, he makes even his foes to find a sense of contentment with him." Such a significant number of pioneers aren't keen on analysing a contradicting perspective or different thoughts. We've lost the capacity to sympathize with others, and bargain has turned into a terrible word. There's something to be said of adhering to standards. I trust God calls us to be unfaltering. He doesn't be that as it may, call us to be jerks. Also, when our "intensity" is translated as "briskness," we are not doing it right.
