If only years ago we had known the importance of omega 3 to our overall health and wellbeing. Many of us would not be suffering with many of the ailments we are today.

Most of the people suffering from chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and different types of arthritis would not have been suffering had they taken omega 3. The elderly suffering from memory loss, vision maladies and heart problems would have been healthier. We may not see cases of eczema, depression, or mood swings.
