Hey guys my name is Obinna Ogbuehi. I am the Application Support Analyst - Business Services at University of Arts, London. I am an IT professional with extensive management, support and teaching experience. I have worked in various IT environments and also have strong Change and Project Management skills. 

I received my national diploma in Business and Finance at Keigley College. I studied there from 1990 to 1993. Same year I took admission in a University for my Bachelor degree. It was at Royal Holloway, University of London where I graduated in Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons), Economics and Computing over the time span of 6 years.

I have knowledge in these fields:

Troubleshooting, Program Management, Release Management, Mobile Devices, Virtualization, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Ethernet.

I can work with these tools and technologies:

SharePoint, Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office, MS Exchange, MS Project, MS Visio, Adobe Creative Suite, MS SharePoint.

My Work Status

I, Obinna Ogbuehi work at University of Arts London where I am working from Nov of 2001. It’s a long time. Anyways I am an Application Support Analyst - Business Services and I manage and oversee the work of a team of IT Support Engineers on a daily basis. I once managed local delivery of several key university projects and strategic initiatives such as Zen migration and hardware refresh, it was good. I configure, test, support and maintain a variety of hardware including desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.

I configure, test, deploy and troubleshoot a wide variety of business and curriculum focused specialist software such as Gerber Accumark. I collaborate with third party suppliers and providers such as Viglen and Apple for the purpose of incident, problem and change management. Additionally I document all faults and resolutions to meet agreed service standards. That’s a lot of work for me and honestly I enjoy working here.

·        Previously I worked at a six months secondment to develop Change Management Processes and Procedures for University of the Arts IT Services. I Applied Prince2 and ITIL Project Management methodology in developing standardized methods and procedures for central management of requests for change to UAL’s operational IT infrastructure.

·        I worked with several Problems, Incident, Request Fulfillment and Service Asset Configuration Project Managers in developing Change Management Processes and Procedures which were outlined deliverables for this project.

·        Then I Maintained Change Management Risk log in SharePoint.

·        I produced monthly progress report to show how the project was performing, milestones achieved and work planned for the next period.
