Flesh color
The difference between beef and pork can be known from the color of the meat. For the characteristics of pork, the color of the meat tends to be paler than beef. In addition, when viewed in detail, this pork will be very similar to chicken meat. Mixed pork is usually difficult to distinguish because it is usually camouflaged with cow blood ligation.

Meat fiber
The characteristics of this beef can be seen from the meat fiber, namely the fiber, is very visible. In addition, the fiber also looks very dense, and the lines on the flesh also look very clear. While pork fiber is not as clear as fiber in beef. The fibers look faint and tenuous. So the difference between the two is very clear.
