The six-week program provides an intensive introduction to small-scale sustainable farming, hands-on hydroponic greenhouse management, and agribusiness preparedness. Courses are a combination of classroom and hands-on-training at Archipley’s Family Farm, Inc. (AFFI) in Escondido, CA.
