MOBILE HYDRAULIC PRESS-‘HIPR-100/70’

INVENTUM Mobile Hydraulic Press Series-‘HIPR-100/70’ is a specially designed equipment for Mounting and Dismounting of Cartridge Type Taper Roller Bearing Units (CTRBUs) used in Rolling Stock of Indian Railways on Class ‘ E’ Axle Journal (6’x11′). This unit is a Jack Type (Horizontal) double acting Electric Hydraulic Puller cum installer having pulling (dismounting) force of 100 Tons and installing (mounting) force of upto 70 Tons. This Equipment is similar to Model ‘HIPR 100/70’ in design & construction, but is incorporated with indigenous hydraulic power-pack of 500 bars capacity with hand operated 3 position 4 way directional flow control valve. This Mobile Hydraulic Press can also be evocatively used for mounting and dismounting of many types of bearings and many other torque transmitting components.

Features:

• A Main frame with hand operated jacking mechanism to lift and align the Hydraulic Cylinder with the Withdrawal Shoe.
• Electric motor driven Hydraulic Power-Pack with controls.
• The Power-Pack of the equipment operates on 3 phase-440 volts-50 cycle Electric Power Supply.
• Double Hydraulic Cylinder for mounting and dismounting of bearings.
