Bucket Wheels range of sand classification systems are designed to operate with maximum versatility for efficient dewatering and fine sand recovery from the solid-water suspension in the underflow of a washing screen or dissolving station. The twin bucket units provide the removal of clays, silts and slimes to produce up to 2 grades of sand.

Bucket Wheels capture, de-slime and dewater sand, frac sand, waste fines, forte sands and gravel from dredging and sand processing operations. Bucket wheels are designed for high solids recoveries with especially low power requirements, even from dilute slurries such as dredge spoil. The dewatered solids are effortlessly conveyable and stackable. Aggregate wash plants and industrial functions with granular slurries can achieve up to 1000+ TPH excessive stable managing ability with bucket wheels.

Depending on the wheel diameter, the Bucket Wheel is outfitted with a couple of buckets. The buckets feature a slotted elastomer sieve mat graph which gives regular drainage floor location alongside with siphon pipes which in addition decorate the Bucket Wheel’s dewatering effect.

The wheel diameter and bucket width determining the solids coping with capacity, while the surface area of the slurry bathtub defines the hydraulic capacity. Bucket Wheels are accessible in more than a dozen sizes which include trendy and prolonged tub models.
