PRINCE II follows six aspects, which are scope, timescale, risk management, quality of the product; benefits acquired, and cost management. PRINCE2 follows seven principles, which are learning from experience, regular updates, division of properly structured roles, managing risks, taking quality and quantity into important aspects, and stage-wise controlling. PRINCE II projects also have defined tolerances or aspects, which are scope, timescale, risk management, quality of the product; benefits acquired, and cost management. 

Out of these three courses, you can opt for any on or even do multiple courses if you have the time and will to learn. Having knowledge of multiple courses is actually required on today’s date.
