The oils we use for cooking plays very important role in our health.

Here is a list of toxic oils which are high in omega -6 fatty acids .
These oils causes inflammation leading to obesity, cancer, heart disease and dementia.

· corn oil
· canola oil
· cottonseed oil
· sunflower oil
· safflower oil

Here is list of Healthy cooking oils and fats:

. Cold pressed Coconut oil
· Extra vergin olive oil

REMEMBER: If the label says ‘refined’ or 'processed' oil you shouldn’t buy it even if the label says it's healthy.
