3)      Vinegar

4)      Garlic Paste

5)      Mustard Sauce

6)      Black Pepper Powder

7)      Oregano

8)      Salt

To make the dressing, you need to add ½ a cup of olive oil, 1 ½ tablespoons of lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of vinegar and mix them together in a bowl. After this, you should add 1 tablespoon of garlic paste and 1 tablespoon of mustard sauce and stir the dressing once again. To add more flavor to this dressing, you can add 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of oregano and ¼ teaspoon of salt. Whisk all of these ingredients together to form a well-combined dressing for the salad.

Ingredients for the Salad

1)      Cucumber

2)      Iceberg

3)      Tomatoes

4)      Kidney Beans

5)      Jalapeños

6)      Black Olives

Once your dressing is ready, take a separate large salad bowl to prepare the salad. First of all, add ½ a cup of cucumber to this salad bowl. The cucumbers should be chopped into small cubes. Then, add ½ of a cup of iceberg lettuce. Make sure the lettuce is also cut into small pieces. After this, add ¼ of a cup of finely chopped cubes of tomatoes. Now add ½ a cup of boiled kidney beans and ¼ a cup of Jalapeño chopped in cubes. To finish preparing this salad, add 2-3 tablespoons of black olives on top.

All you have to do before serving this salad is add 3-4 tablespoons of the dressing you prepared earlier and mix the salad well. Your healthy appetizer is ready.

2) Garlic Bread

Before you serve your main dish to your guests, you can warm up the crowd by serving garlic bread. This is a useful dish for affordable party catering. It is also an easy recipe to try out, even if you are a newbie in the kitchen. Garlic bread is super simple to bake and doesn’t take much time either.

Ingredients

1)      Garlic

2)      Butter

3)      Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

4)      Parmigiano or Romano Cheese

5)      Fresh Parsley

6)      1 Loaf of Italian Bread

The first thing you have to do to make garlic bread is crush 4 cloves of garlic. Then, add this crushed garlic to 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Mix well and heat this mixture in a microwave for about 1 minute. Alternatively, you can also heat this mixture on a saucepan for 3 minutes on moderate low heat.

The next thing to do is to toast all the slices of bread in the broiler until they turn golden brown. After this, take out the bread and generously brush the bread with the garlic mixture you prepared earlier. Then you have to sprinkle grated cheese on top of the toast. Add the toast back into the broiler for another minute to make the cheese melt. Last but not least, remember to garnish your garlic bread with finely chopped parsley.

3) Chicken Roast

Chicken roast is a perfect wholesome meal to celebrate any holiday. It is a filling dish so it’s a good option for affordable party catering. It might seem like fancy dish that involves a lot of work but it’s actually really easy to bake.

Ingredients

1)      Garlic

2)      Butter

3)      Olive Oil

4)      Lemon

5)      Dry White Wine

6)      Parsley

7)      Whole Chicken

To make this crispy chicken roast, the first thing you need to do is preheat the oven to 425°F. This will speed up the roasting, as the oven will be hot enough for baking by the time you finish marinating the chicken.

Before you start marinating the chicken, remember to thoroughly rinse the whole chicken. Then, you can start preparing the marinade for the chicken by mixing 3 tablespoons of olive oil, ¼ cup of melted butter and ¼ a cup of white wine together. Choose a dry wine like Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay. After this, add the juice from one lemon into this mixture.

To infuse flavor into this marinade, add salt and pepper according to taste. The next step is to add 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley, 4 minced garlic cloves into the marinade.

Now you need to rub this marinade all over the chicken and inside it. Season the chicken with this mixture generously and make sure you don’t miss any part of it. You want the whole chicken to be full of flavor. Once you are done marinating, sprinkle chopped parsley on top.

The final step is to bake the chicken roast. Place the chicken with the breast side up into a baking tray that is lined with foil and lightly greased with olive oil. The baking time for the chicken roast varies between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes depending on the size of your chicken. Remove the chicken from the oven when its skin is crispy golden and serve to your guests after letting it cool down for about 15 minutes.

Now that you have the perfect 3 recipes, don’t be reluctant to host an outdoor party. Your guests will surely be amazed when they try these scrumptious dishes, and they will leave feeling the joy of the season.
