Peptides in Building Muscle: Wonder Weapon or Humbug?

Posted by Darren Kearney on October 17th, 2019

Peptides in building muscle, is the hype about the mysterious little things justified or is it all humbug? Of course, as an interested athlete, I would like to know if All American Peptide makes sense in muscle building and support me in my goal or if I spend money and in the end have none of it. You may also want to know and are still looking for ways to effectively build muscle. I once bothered and researched and summarized my findings. If you can do something with my article, I would be happy.

And as always the hint, I do not want to ask you to supplement your training. If you decide to help build muscle, it's all up to you. From me you get no yes or no. I just want to provide you information. Not more or less.

Our body is a highly complex chemical system. But hardly anyone knows exactly how it all works. Unless he's interested in it or is a bodybuilder. Yes, in fact, athletes are quite curious athletes, because the more they know about the functions of their body, the better they can influence it. I first had to read in the complex topic of peptides and admitted it was not that easy.

So, peptides are molecules that consist of amino acids. If the molecules consist of 2 to 50 amino acids, they are called peptides. If they consist of more than 50 amino acids, they fall into the group of proteins. So, are we talking about amino acids when we talk about peptides? Yes, somehow. Now we just have to put the whole thing in context. Peptides are links of different amino acid chains that are of different lengths and consist of well-defined sequences.

➥ These amino acid chains influence the metabolism and can influence the muscle and cell structure. And this is exactly where it gets interesting for the athlete, because when he hears "muscle building", he pricks his ears.
