The main objective of Critair is to modulate the road traffic and to control the pollution from which the large cities suffer.

After the green dot, now we have a vignette critair.

This is one of the best quality certificates that distinguish the vehicles that are based on the environmental impact and thus it tries to establish traffic restrictions.

There are certain questions that are to be discussed:

  • Is your vehicle concerned?

  • What are the sanctions?

  • How can you get the Critair sticker?

The main reason to have an anti-pollution sticker is to reduce the environmental impact by the road transport, it replaces the old rule of changing traffic with the license plate endings, and by an even and odd number allowing the community to set up ZCRs.

The pollution sticker is mandatory for this to drive or park.

This will not only help the police but also the military police to filter all the entries in an area more professionally.

The Crit’Air stickers have the capability to cover all the vehicles and differentiate them according to their ecological impact.

They all are differentiated into different colors such as:

  • Green

  • Violet

  • Yellow

  • Orange

  • Bordeaux

  • Grey

They are basically about the vignette Critair the certificate quality of the air.

The vignette Crit'air classifies the various vehicles according to their fuel and the entry into circulation.

Each of these six colors relates to the six European Union emission standards for cars.

The green stickers are generally given to the very cleanest vehicles such as hydrogen and electronic powered cars, while the grey stickers are given to the dirtiest and most polluting vehicles.

Restricted zones:

The critair stickers are not required to drive.

Some of the good heavy vehicles are already banned from traffic in a certain area in current years. The traffic is determined by the municipality’s associations. Agglomerations along with the categories of vehicles concerned and the schedules.

How can you get a Critair sticker?

If you are planning to obtain your pallet, you need to simply apply for it online at the Air quality certification service.
