Procedure of talaq in Pakistan is provided in Muslim family law ordinance 1961 and there is no other procedure of talaq mention anywhere else and there is no where written in MFLO 1961 that 3 talaq in Pakistan at the same time is not valid. Government is trying to have this bill passed but until it is not passed by the assembly it will still remain a suggestion. Practically the people and the officials have started adopting one by one talaq procedure in Pakistan however it is not a part of law.
