Understand the structure of vane pump

1. Structure of vane pump is composed of stator, rotor, vane, oil distribution plate and other parts, which form a sealed volume that can change periodically.

The oil distribution plate is provided with an oil distribution window corresponding to the oil suction area and the oil pressing area respectively, and triangular unloading grooves, also known as eyebrow grooves, are arranged at both ends of the oil pressing and oil distribution window.

The blades are obliquely arranged inside the stator, and the ends of the blades are pointed.

2. Classification of vane pumps

The vane pump is divided into a single-acting pump and a double-acting pump. The rotor of the single-acting pump rotates once to complete primary oil absorption and pressure oil, and the rotor of the double-acting pump rotates once to complete secondary oil absorption and pressure oil.

The rotor of single-acting vane pump is installed eccentrically, which is a variable displacement pump, while the rotor of double-acting vane pump is installed concentrically with the stator, which is a quantitative pump.
